I can never be safe; I always try and go against the grain. As soon as I accomplish one thing, I just set a higher goal. That's how I've gotten to where I am.
Today is cruel, tomorrow is crueler, and the day after tomorrow is beautiful, but most people will die tomorrow night and won't see the sun of the day after tomorrow.
What we need to do is always lean into the future; when the world changes around you and when it changes against you—what used to be a tail wind is now a head wind—you have to lean into that and figure out what to do because complaining isn't a strategy.
