孟德斯鳩法國啟蒙思想家

孟德斯鳩（1689年1月18日~1755年2月10日），法國啟蒙思想家、法學家。孟德斯鳩不僅是18世紀法國啟蒙時代的著名思想家，也是近代歐洲國家比較早的系統研究古代東方社會與法律文化的學者之一。
